Today we are just sharing our faves for the week, starting with this tasty, (banana free) Creamy Apricot Carrot smoothie from Delicious with just the right amount of colour to brighten up your day. Here are the ingredients needed; feel free to add or subtract ingredients to personalize it to your own taste. Smoothies are all about experimentation right?

140g carrots – chopped, 1 apricot – pitted, 1 orange – peeled, 1 tablespoon goji berries, 1/4 cup cashew nuts, 1 cup water, 1 cup ice. Then… into your blender of choice!

Next is this coastal decor inspiration, giving us some major beach vacation vibes. The colour in this surf shack alone is enough to keep you cool on a hot summer day.
