The annual Spring Fashion Lunch, held at the stunning KPMG Banking Chamber on Collins Street, turned out to be quite an elaborate affair, thanks to the hardworking team at The Paperdoll. Attended by more than a 100 corporate women in Melbourne, it was definitely a great place to network with like-minded, inspirational career women who appreciate great fashion. The proceeds from ticket sales were donated to the wonderful charity ‘Fitted for Work‘. Now you gotta love a fun, style inspired event that promotes responsible fashion sense.
This women-only event, was hosted by the well-known journalist, chat show & CNN host; Anjali Rao. Not only was she a well-dressed stunner, she was a joy to listen to and quite hilarious, I must add ;). Yes, this was a rather impressive do, with guests being treated to an elegant catwalk showcasing the latest Spring/Summer looks and racewear from a number of talented designers such as Carl Kapp, Feathers, Philip Lim, Marni, Willow, Nevenka, Karen Walker and more. As if that wasn’t enough, we were serenaded by the very talented String Sirens while enjoying the food, as well as the quality sparkling and wines. Enjoy the picture collage, and make sure you do not miss The Spring Fashion Lunch next year.
Thanks to KPMG and Melbourne Racing Club for sponsoring The Spring Fashion Lunch, as well as the supporters i.e Tony & Guy, Pollon Florist and Jan Logan, amongst others. A big thanks to Lara of The Paperdoll for putting together such a fabulous event! In the meantime, let me go and enjoy the amazing contents of my goodie bag!
