reflective TIMES

Yes birthdays are for reflecting on life and I recently had one to celebrate (again? I know!) To me reflecting doesn’t mean anything deeper than the norm, but just acknowledging all God has blessed me with, and being grateful. That’s it. No deep philosophies there. I seriously didn’t know what I wanted for my birthday when my husband asked. I mean… I have the cutest, most adorable little girl who makes my heart fuller everyday. As far as I am concerned, that is the best gift I could ever have. Of course, having an awesome hubby is too, because he went and got me something amazing that I could never have anticipated. Sorry I don’t really do well with surprises, but that’s a story for another day hehehe. Back to my point; I am truly blessed to have a happy and healthy child, a husband who’s committed to not only seeing me happy, but flourishing in all that my heart is passionate about. Not to forget my family who never stop praying for me, and friends who are there to remind me of who I am whenever I seem to forget. What more could a girl ask for? Most importantly, a God who unconditionally loves me beyond all my unlovely days ♥♥♥

Every good and perfect gift is from above… James 1:17
