HOW TO HEAR GOD’S VOICE
Guess Who’s Back… And Why It Matters
Well… hello there, people of the world! It’s been a minute, ain’t it? Okay, maybe more like years… but who’s counting?
This little blog of mine went on what I thought was a peaceful retirement—sun hat, deck chair, coconut water and all. But apparently, heaven had other plans. Because when God puts a Word on your heart that won’t leave you alone… you dust off the keyboard and start typing again.
So here we are. And here’s the headline:
God wants you to learn how to hear His Voice for yourself. Yes—you. It’s vital now, more than ever, to learn How to Hear God’s Voice for yourself and your loved ones.
Let that sit with you for a second.
Why Now?
Because friend, the world is loud. And it’s only getting louder. Algorithms shout. Opinions echo. And amidst the scroll and the noise, God is quietly but clearly saying: “Come closer. Let Me guide you.”
Now imagine for a moment…
No Sunday sermons.
No YouTube inspiration.
No WhatsApp prayer groups.
No podcasts, no devotionals, no internet.
Just you, your family, and God.
Would you know how to tune into His Voice?
This Isn’t A Drill
This isn’t about panic. It’s about preparation hun. If 2020 taught us anything, it’s that life can flip the script faster than you can say toilet paper shortage (I’m looking at you Australia, LOL). On a more serious note though, 2020 was the reminder we didn’t ask for: anything can happen, and hearing from God needs to be top priority.
Life can shift in a moment. But those who are tuned into God’s Voice will never be caught off guard.
The truth is, a time is coming (and coming quickly) when knowing How to hear God’s Voice for yourself won’t just be a nice spiritual skill—it’ll be a non-negotiable.
And no, this isn’t just for “super spiritual” people or “prophetic types”. This is for every follower of Jesus who wants to walk in clarity, peace, and real power in this next chapter of history.
Because here’s the thing:
God still speaks.
Jesus is still alive.
And He’s not just whispering to folks in Biblical times.
He’s talking now. To you.
A Word for Now – Learn HOW TO HEAR GOD’S VOICE
I wouldn’t have resurrected this blog just for fun. I’m not here for clickbait or content calendars. But I do believe this is a Word for you in this exact moment, and moving forward . God is drawing His people back to intimacy. Not just church attendance. Not just Bible study groups. Not just Christian playlists. But deep, daily, personal communion.
He wants you to know His voice so clearly that when everything else goes quiet, you’re not shaken.
WHERE DO I START?
Because I’m not planning to write long blog essays every day (let’s be realistic here, I am a mum now), what I’ve done is gather a few YouTube videos that I truly believe will help you begin—or deepen—this journey of hearing God for yourself. These are voices and truths I trust, and in many cases, have lived.
Fair warning: some of these videos may be selling books or something. You don’t have to buy anything unless you want to. Just bring a notebook (yes, old school—paper), a pen, and an open heart.
Start with this first one. It’s simple, honest, and surprisingly relatable. In fact, it tells the story of someone who didn’t even believe in God—and still heard Him speak clearly within minutes. That’s the kind of merciful and powerful God we’re dealing with guys. And I am intentionally sharing this video with you first. To show you that anyone & everyone can learn How to Hear God’s Voice.
Because Jesus isn’t distant. He’s speaking. Always has been. He’s just waiting for you to really listen.
So, are ready to tune in? Are you ready to learn How To Hear The Voice of God?
If, for some reason this video above can’t be clicked, watch it here: HOW TO HEAR GOD’S VOICE for yourself in 2025 and beyond…
If you’re keen to dive into this topic at lightning speed, I’ve put together a playlist called HOW TO HEAR THE VOICE OF GOD FOR 2025 – and yes, it’s got more than one video. My advice? Take it slow. One video a day is perfect.
Grab a good old-fashioned notebook and jot things down as you go. Binge-watching might be great for Netflix, but not for hearing from Heaven! You got to listen and learn, take notes, do some research, think on it, let it marinate…. do all the things. You know what I’m saying?
Think of it as a daily conversation starter with God—not a movie marathon. Bingeing might be tempting, but let’s not forget – transformation happens one step at a time. That being said, don’t take a whole week on 1 video. Time is of zee essence.
“It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.” Proverbs 25:2 KJV
Be blessed and…
